Crossplane technology, first pioneered in MotoGP® racing with the M1, puts each piston 90° from the next, with an uneven firing interval of 270° &#8211; 180°- 90°- 180°. This uneven order does an amazing thing… it actually lets power build more smoothly. That means smooth roll-on delivery out of the corners, with outstanding tractability, followed by very strong high rpm power. It’s a feeling that’s simply unmatched, like having two engines in one: the low-rpm torquey feel of a twin with the raw, high rpm power of an inline four. <li>This R1 keeps all the technological superiorities developed for its predecessor: YCC-T™ (Yamaha Chip Controlled Throttle) is MotoGP® inspired fly-by-wire technology used to deliver instant throttle response. YCC-I® is Yamaha Chip Controlled Intake which is a variable intake system that broadens the spread of power. The fuel injection system provides optimum air/fuel mixtures for maximum power and smooth throttle response.</li>
<li>The R1 features Yamaha D-MODE (or drive mode) with rider-selectable throttle control maps to program YCC-T performance characteristics for riding conditions. The standard map is designed for optimum overall performance. The “A” mode lets the rider enjoy sportier engine response in the low- to mid-speed range, and the “B” mode offers response that is somewhat less sharp for riding situations that require especially sensitive throttle operation. Switching maps is as easy as pushing a button on the handlebar switch.</li>

The rear frame is lightweight Controlled-Fill die-cast magnesium, contributing the optimum mass centralization. The left fork handles compression damping and the right side handles the rebound damping. <li>The bodywork does more than add break-away-from-the-crowd styling with its more serious, less busy look. The side fairing is smooth for a sleek appearance. And, instead of the usual four-bulb headlight design, the R1 has only two projector-type bulbs mounted closer to the nose of the bike. This positions ram air ducts closer in for a more compact, smooth look. In addition, the rounded lenses are unique to the supersport industry.</li>

<p><strong>Engine:</strong></p>

<li>Crossplane crankshaft technology proven in victory after victory on MotoGP® machines provides a high-tech uneven firing interval. Unlike typical inline-four engine design, where the two outer and two inner pistons move together in pairs with 180° intervals, the crossplane crankshaft has each connecting rod 90° with a unique firing order of 270° – 180° – 90° – 180°. This overcomes the inherent fluctuations in inertial torque during each engine revolution, and the accompanying peaky torque characteristics. Instead, combustion torque continues to build, giving the rider more linear throttle response with awesome power and traction out of the corners.</li>
<li>To maximize rider comfort as well as power output, the engine adopts a coupling-type balancer that rotates in the opposite direction as the crankshaft.</li>
<li>This engine features forged aluminum pistons to take maximum advantage of the power characteristics. Titanium intake valves are lightweight.</li>
<li>A forced-air intake system is adopted to increase intake efficiency by using the natural airflow during riding to pressurize the air in the air box. <li>The exhaust system is meticulously designed to enhance engine output while, thanks to its three-way catalyst technology, also reducing exhaust emissions. The silencer is a single expansion type, and the sound coming through from the unique crossplane crankshaft- equipped engine is unlike any other inline-four cylinder production supersport.</li>
<li>This fuel-injected engine takes full advantage of YCC-T (Yamaha Chip Controlled Throttle), the MotoGP®-inspired fly-by-wire technology used to deliver instant throttle response. There’s also YCC-I, Yamaha Chip Controlled Intake, the variable intake system that broadens the spread of power. Fuel injectors have 12 holes for optimum fuel atomization that translates to the most power from every fuel charge.</li>
<li>Have it your way, thanks to Yamaha D-MODE (or “Drive Mode”) variable throttle control. There are three modes that control how YCC-T responds to throttle input from the rider. The selectable “A” mode puts more emphasis on engine response in low to midrange rpm. “B” mode, on the other hand, provides less sharp response to input for riding situations that require especially sensitive throttle operation. The standard map is designed for optimum overall performance. Selecting the map you want is as easy as pressing a button on the handlebars.</li>

<p><strong>Chassis/Suspension:</strong></p>

<li>The frame has a combination of uncompromising rigidity where needed along with carefully achieved flex for the precise rigidity balance this bike needs to give the rider the full benefit of its handling and engine characteristics. It is a sophisticated combination of Controlled-Fill die-cast, stamping, and gravity casting… the exact technology needed for each portion of this advanced frame.</li>
<li>SOQI front forks take a page from the championship-winning design of our MotoGP® weapon, the M1. Since both forks always move together, compression damping duties can be confined to the left fork, while rebound damping is precisely handled by the right fork, reducing oil cavitation.</li>
<li>The SOQI rear shock features both high and low speed compression damping plus an easy-to-use screw hydraulic adjustment for preload. This unit also adopts a pillow-ball-type joint for exceptional shock absorption, road hold feeling, and damper response. To achieve maximum performance, a bottom linkage is used to work with the rest of the chassis refinements for brilliant, crisp handling characteristics.</li>
<li>Factory racers get machines tailored to their preferences. Welcome to the club. R1 has adjustable footrests, with a 15mm height and 3mm front-to-rear adjustment.</li>
<li>The press-formed fuel tank has a shape developed using 3-D simulation analysis technology. The elongated shape of the tank allows it to fit neatly within the frame in a way that promotes concentration of mass.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jorge Lorenzo narrowed the gap on his Fiat Yamaha team-mate, reigning champion and current standings leader Valentino Rossi with victory at Estoril, where Rossi finished a distant fourth as his championship lead over the Spaniard was cut from 30 to 18 points with three races remaining.</p>
<p>Lorenzo’s win was the tenth for a Yamaha rider this year, leaving the manufacturer one short of its most successful year ever – 2005. Indeed, Lorenzo and Rossi have alternated wins since the Italian won in Brno, and a win for either in Australia would equal the longest-ever sequence of successive victories for Yamaha in the premier class, a feat they achieved in both 2005 and 2008.<a rel="attachment wp-att-599" href="http://www.yamaha-motorcycles.org/rossi-and-lorenzo-take-title-tussle-to-the-island/phillipisland_map/"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-599" title="phillipisland_map" src="http://www.yamaha-motorcycles.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/phillipisland_map.gif" alt="phillipisland_map" width="275" height="151" /></a></p>
<p>In Phillip Island, Rossi will arrive at a circuit that harbours fond memories, and one which he has stated as a personal favourite. In his 12 visits to the track across all classes the reigning world champion has only once failed to finish on the podium, with five consecutive victories from 2001-2005 in the MotoGP class forming the body of a standout record.</p>
<p>Rossi has not won in his last three outings Down Under though, and with main title rival Lorenzo putting together a strong finale to his season, the pressure is intensifying. Two wins and a runner-up spot in his last three races is fine form from Lorenzo, who finished fourth last year at Phillip Island on his MotoGP debut on the track from second on the grid, and has twice tasted victory there in the 250cc class.</p>
<p>Casey Stoner’s impressive return to action in Portugal after a three-race absence means there is an added component to an already intriguing equation, with the Ducati Marlboro rider finishing second behind Lorenzo at Estoril. Stoner’s consecutive start-to-finish wins on his home track for the past two years mean that he will provide stern competition for both Yamaha factory riders, and at just three points behind third-placed Dani Pedrosa in the championship standings the Australian has his own immediate goal.</p>
<p>Repsol Honda rider Pedrosa has recovered from his crash and subsequent tenth-placed finish at Indianapolis by finishing third consecutively in Misano and Estoril, and with a DNF blemishing his record at Phillip Island last year after a first-lap crash he will be determined to not only rediscover the kind of ride that brought him a 250cc victory there in 2005, but also hold off the challenge of Stoner in the championship.</p>
<p>Pedrosa’s team-mate Andrea Dovizioso placed seventh at Phillip Island in his rookie season last year. He triumphed at 125cc level in the 2004 race – beating Lorenzo and Stoner – and will hope to continue building on an encouraging second season in the top class, which currently sees him sitting fifth in the championship, some eight points ahead of Colin Edwards.</p>
<p>The American rounds off the top six as it stands in the championship, with a sizeable 37-point lead over nearest competitor Loris Capirossi (Rizla Suzuki). Edwards’ best-ever result at Phillip Island was fourth place in 2004, when he rode a Honda, and the Texan is seeking only his second podium finish of the season on his Monster Yamaha Tech 3 machine.</p>
<p>Following on from Edwards and Capirossi in sixth and seventh spots respectively, Randy de Puniet (LCR Honda), Marco Melandri (Hayate Racing) and Toni Elías (San Carlo Honda Gresini) complete the current top ten in the MotoGP rankings.</p>
<p>The 2009 Iveco Australian Grand Prix takes place from 16th-18th October, with free practice in the MotoGP class commencing at 1.55pm local time.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>LAS VEGAS </strong>(October 10, 2009) – James Stewart, who rides for the San Manuel Yamaha race team, swept both nights of racing to win his third Rockstar Energy Drink U.S. Open tonight inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena and took home $100,000.</p>
<p>GEICO Powersports Honda’s Dan Reardon, of Murrieta, Calif., won the holeshot before being passed by Monster Energy/Kawasaki’s Ryan Villopoto, of Poulsbo, Wash., later in lap one. Villopoto took advantage of Stewart’s poor start and opened up a big lead while Stewart began working his way through the field.</p>
<p>On lap four, Stewart, of Haines City, Fla., quickly passed Reardon and set his sights on Villopoto. Stewart and Villopoto traded positions on lap 10 as Stewart moved into the lead and rode off to the win. Honda Red Bull Racing’s Davi Millsaps, of Tallahassee, Fla., passed Reardon for third place on the second to last lap.</p>
<p>“It was a fun race,” said Stewart. “I didn’t get the start that I wanted but I got the job done. The money is one thing but our team works really hard so this is rewarding for them. I was able to put in some really strong laps after I made my way around (Dan) Reardon.”</p>
<p>Chris Alldredge pushed his Yamaha to tonight’s moto win in the Alpinestars 85cc Mini Invitational and the overall championship. Alldredge, who finished second last night, opened a big lead over last night’s winner Adam Cianciarulo. On the final lap, Cianciarulo pulled up to Alldredge’s back wheel, but was unable to pass him.</p>
<p>“I tried to get the best start I could,” said Alldredge. “Last year I came into this race and didn’t do that well. I learned how to ride the whoops a lot better so I will be more comfortable when I race supercross.”</p>

<p>Yamaha says: “For 2010 the ECU mapping has been revised, which together with a new muffler design makes for a smoother performance curve, giving a feeling of strong and effective acceleration throughout the engine speed range.</p>
<p>The development targets for the 2010 Yamaha R6 are to be the most exciting      bike to ride on the track and the most fun sport bike to ride on winding roads. For 2010, the engineers have tweaked the Yamaha R6 to provide more power in the mid range and to reduce noise for improved rider comfort. But don&#8217;t worry, the high rpm rush that has made the R6 famous is ready when you are. Confidence, agility, performance and most importantly fun.</p>
<p>The Yamaha 2010 R6 is designed to do one thing extremely well: get around a race track in minimal time. It&#8217;s about a screaming, 15,000rpm-plus fuel-injected four-cylinder engine in a taut chassis that lets it snap from upright to full lean instantly. Oh yeah; it is a great street bike too.</p>
<p>The R6 is a showcase of Yamaha&#8217;s latest sport bike technologies.</p>
<p>From the YCC-T fly by wire throttle to the MotoGP inspired straight frame design, to Yamaha&#8217;s exclusive electronically variable intake stacks, the R6 is designed to take super sport riding to a whole new level. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Coming into the world of ATV racing, the Yamaha engineers already had a good chance of taking over the market. From the first YFZ450 to the latest, they have proven a point and let the world know that greatness is at hand. Tucked in the hills of Union South Carolina there would be a mystical creature named “Big Buck” and little did this evasive horned mammal know but there in the same land this day was the fierce blue competitor called Yamaha.</p>
<p>Getting to test the new <strong>2010 Yamaha YFZ450X</strong> model at “Big Buck”, the home of the fourth stop of the Grand National Cross Country racing circuit, would be exciting for most anyone but knowing that this machine was specifically built to perform in this terrain, made it even sweeter.</p>
<p>As the years have passed since the release of the YFZ450 there has been speculation of further adapting this machine to make it more suitable for tight woods and various climates or altitudes straight out of the box. The evolution of the YFZ450 would change once again in the fall of last year to introduce the YFZ450R. The R however was really better for Motocross-style racing.</p>
<p><strong>All New for 2010</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>For the ATV riders who need a machine that can dominate the tight GNCC® race courses&#8230;look no more, the YFZ450X is here! Boasting many similarities with the YFZ450R, the X version is more compact for tight trails, race course, and woods riding.</li>
<li>Fatigue can sometimes be a racer’s worst competition. That’s why the YFZ450X’s designers made this ATV so comfortable. It boasts racer-friendly ergonomics with plenty of room to hang off in the corners, and the seat is padded just right to be more comfortable regardless of riding position. Handlebars are 4-position adjustable, too, so every rider can choose the best position, and the throttle has been designed for all day comfort.</li>
<li>This 449cc engine uses a titanium five-valve cylinder head technology, with a camshaft designed just for this machine to deliver abundant low to midrange torque for performance where you can really use it to take the lead – while still maintaining a super strong top end to let you pull away from the pack.</li>
<li>The YFZ450X incorporates Yamaha Fuel Injection for precise fuel delivery. With big 42mm Mikuni® throttle body and 12-hole injector, this system provides exceptional atomization of the fuel for maximum power. The system also includes ISC (Idle Speed Control) for easy, reliable start-up and warming.</li>
<li>This ATV is designed to make race prep easy. Body panels come off easily for service; there’s no need to remove the battery or other components to get the fenders off. The aluminum frame is bolted together, rather than welded, for maximum durability. And the oil tank is integrated with the crankcase so it’s easier to service the engine.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Engine:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The fuel-injected 449cc engine has superb power characteristics. Power delivery is smooth and strong off the line with lots of low and midrange where you need it.</li>
<li>The crankcase holds a crankshaft that’s ready to handle the increased balance ratio, as well as a counterbalancer for superior vibration control. The crankcase also houses the oil tank, which helps to centralize mass for unmatched handling and makes maintenance easier.</li>
<li>Camshafts are designed to maximize the torque available in the low and mid ranges.</li>
<li>Fuel injection uses a 12-hole injector that provides exceptional atomization of the fuel for maximum combustion efficiency and power delivery. The system also uses a big, 42mm Mikuni® throttle body and includes ISC (Idle Speed Control) for easy, reliable start-up and warming.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Chassis/Suspension:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The chassis is very spacious, allowing room for even an aggressive racer to move around, and the ATV’s body panels that the rider contacts during operation are of a special, softer plastic material for greater comfort. The seat is narrow in the front, yet wide and padded in the rear to provide a more comfortable ride, even when hanging off on the side of the seat in a turn.</li>
<li>ProTaper® handlebars are mounted on 4-way clamps for exceptional adjustability. There are two sets of holes in the handlebar crown, and eccentric clamps so the rider can choose the standard setting, 10mm or 20mm forward, or 10mm back.</li>
<li>The wheel has been redesigned, with the inner lip rolled in. This increases the rigidity, allowing a reduction in weight while maintaining strength.</li>
<li>Foot pegs are a generous 2.6 inches wide, something riders will appreciate every time they want to get up on the pegs, with good kick-up on the ends for solid footing.</li>
<li>The frame is aluminum for lightweight, except for the frame member under the engine. Here tensioned steel is used for its combination of strength and thinness. This allowed the designers to sit the engine lower overall for excellent mass centralization for unmatched handling. The frame is bolted together, rather than welded, for maximum durability.</li>
<li>The front frame is noticeably narrow at the A-arm mounting points. This dramatically reduces changes in camber as the long A-arms travel through their full range of motion. The front 44mm KYB® shocks have Kashima coating for smooth operation with superb bump absorption and excellent anti-bottoming characteristics. The 9.4 inches of wheel travel means this racer is up to even the most challenging tracks.</li>
<li>The rear swingarm is crafted of strong, gravity-fed aluminum, and it’s matched to a fully adjustable 46mm KYB® piggyback shock absorber for excellent handling. Rear wheel travel is 11.0 inches for comfort even on tough terrain.</li>

The front positioned intake means that engine heat will have less &#8220;heating      effect&#8221; on the incoming fuel charge (cooler fuel helps increase power).</p>

<p>&#8221; New design crankcase utilizes an integrated oil tank inside the cases      to supply oil to the dry sump lubrication system. There      are no exterior oil lines with this design and the internal oil tank is designed      to promote air &#8211; oil separation.</p>
<p>&#8221; Special cylinder design features cutaways that allow the air &#8220;trapped&#8221;      under the piston to enter a side chamber (or cutaway) to reduce horsepower-robbing      &#8220;pumping losses.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8221; The crankcase also utilizes cutaways to reduce &#8220;pumping losses&#8221;.      The crankcase cutaways match the cutaways in the cylinder for maximum efficiency.</p>

<p>&#8221; All new Keihin 44mm throttle body fuel injection system is a battery-less      design for reduced weight and is designed specifically for MX applications.      The 12-hole injector maximizes fuel atomization for more complete combustion      and great power output. The benefits of fuel injection include constant ongoing      adjustments to insure the optimum fuel &#8211; air ratio regardless of outside air      temperature and altitude. Other benefits include improved starting and improved      throttle response. The system is equipped a throttle position sensor (TPS),      plus a range of sensors (engine temp, outside air temp and air pressure etc.).      There is also a cold start and fast idle knob which doubles as an idle adjuster      too.</p>
<p>&#8221; The injector spray pattern, spray direction and the distance to the      intake valves have been optimized, while the specially designed straight intake      tract helps to maximize the benefits of the FI system and overall power output.</p>
<p>&#8221; Optional, compact, hand held &#8220;YZ Power Tuner&#8221; allows tailoring      of both fuel injection settings and ignition mapping. Nine (9) different setting      points can be accessed for both the FI and ignition maps. Maps can be stored      and shared with other Power Tuners if desired. The days of removing a carb      to make jetting changes are gone.</p>
<p>&#8221; New, compact, lightweight in-tank electric fuel pump</p>
<p>&#8221; A new larger capacity ACM (alternating current magneto) is used to      eliminate the need for a battery.</p>
<p>&#8221; Automatic decompression system ensures easy starts in any gear with      no manual lever to fuss with.</p>
<p>&#8221; All new air box (located behind the steering head) features a straight      shot intake boot and a new washable, dual-stage, foam air filter.</p>
<p>&#8221; All new &#8220;Tornado&#8221; design exhaust system exits from the &#8220;rear&#8221;      of the cylinder. The spiral winding of the header pipe provides the correct      &#8220;tuned&#8221; length and takes full advantage of the exhaust &#8220;pulse&#8221;      effect to maximize cylinder filling. <p>&#8221; All new ECU controls the ignition and fuel injection processes. There      is also a &#8220;G&#8221; sensor system that will shut down the fuel injection      system if the bike lies on its side for more than 10 seconds. There is no      special procedure to re-start the bike … just kick it and go. The ignition      timing maps are all new to maximize the benefit of both the FI system and      the new engine characteristics.</p>
<p>&#8221; Works-style race-spec &#8220;barrel adjuster&#8221; for on-the-fly clutch      adjustability.</p>

<p align="left"><strong>Chassis/Suspension</strong></p>
<p>&#8221; All new, compact &#8220;bilateral beam&#8221; aluminium frame centralizes      mass for exceptional handling. This 450cc class specifically designed frame      consists of a &#8220;High Solid Die Cast&#8221; head pipe, hydro formed main      rails plus various forged and extruded components. This all new frame is compact      and offers significantly improved &#8220;rider &#8211; machine communication&#8221;      (a.k.a. feedback). The engineers have optimized the balance between strength,      rigidity and flex. The key goal of this new chassis is faster and easier cornering      … one of the keys to winning races. The engineers started with a clean      sheet of paper and designed the chassis based on the requirements of a 450cc      motocrosser. Note: the YZ450F frame is unique unto itself.</p>
<p>&#8221; The rigidity balance of this new frame has been optimized and features      high lateral and torsional rigidity with &#8220;tuned flex&#8221; in the longitudinal      direction. The result is a feeling of lightness, agility and traction.</p>
<p>&#8221; New, lightweight, tapered, aluminium swingarm is produced using &#8220;hydro      forming&#8221;, a special method that uses high pressure liquid to form shapes.      The shock is now positioned in-line with the central axis of the bike and      there are new linkage mounting locations on the swingram. The rear axle pinching      area is thicker and stronger, while the swingarm pivot shaft is now 17mm.</p>
<p>&#8221; Lightweight removable rear sub frame is constructed of square-section,      lightweight aluminium pipe. The detachable design allows easy access when      servicing rear suspension components.</p>
<p>&#8221; New cast aluminium upper and forged aluminium lower triple clamps are      revised and reduce the fork off set (from 25mm to 22mm) and offer great rigidity      and strength.</p>
<p>&#8221; As in 2009, there are a total of 4 different handlebar positions available      (thanks partly to the offset design of the aluminium handlebar clamps) with      an adjustment range of 30mm, to suit a wide variety of riders.</p>
<p>&#8221; Pro Taper bars provide excellent strength and durability. Foam handlebar      pad is included.</p>
<p>&#8221; Revised 48mm, adjustable, inverted, Kayaba cartridge forks offer an      additional 10mm of travel for 2010. These forks feature a twin-chamber design      which means the damper unit is in a separate structure which prevents aerated      fork oil from entering the inner damper assembly and reducing its damping      abilities. Since the inner damper is pressurized, it also eliminates bubbles      forming in the oil. Front fork adjustments include: 20-way compression damping      and 20-way rebound damping. Optional fork springs are available through Genuine      Yamaha parts.</p>
<p>&#8221; The balance between the inner and outer tubes is optimized, while the      Kashima coating on the pressure tank and the piston rod reduce friction for      smoother suspension performance. The cylinder diameter is 24mm for excellent      primary cushioning.</p>
<p>&#8221; The 48mm inverted KYB fork also features a Transfer Control Valve (TCV).      The TCV enhances the damping force from mid to full stroke and improves bottoming      characteristics. The benefit of TCV is more precise control throughout the      full suspension stroke. The TCV is located on the upside of the spring and      its function is controlled by piston speed, not piston position … hence      the term &#8220;Speed Sensitive fork&#8221;.</p>
<p>&#8221; &#8220;Kashima coating&#8221; has been applied to the fork tubes to reduce      friction for smoother suspension performance. Front wheel travel is 310mm      (12.2&#8243;).</p>
<p>&#8221; Revised, large &#8220;wrap-around&#8221; plastic fork protectors provide      excellent lower fork tube protection. The &#8220;self-supporting&#8221; design      reduces friction for smoother fork operation.</p>
<p>&#8221; New Monocross link rear suspension system features a revised fully      adjustable Kayaba, piggyback shock which provides 315mm (12.4&#8243;) of wheel      travel and features separate adjusters for high- and low-speed compression      damping. The shock is now in-line with the center axis of the bike for excellent      control. Adjustments include: spring preload, 20-way rebound damping, 20-way      low-speed compression damping and 2 turns of high speed compression damping.</p>
<p>&#8221; The revised shock uses an 18mm diameter piston rod. Kashima coating      is used in the shock body and sub tank to reduce friction and improve suspension      performance during a long moto. The Kayaba shock utilizes a full rebound oil      lock system for excellent suspension function and great ride quality. The      shock spring location is 30mm lower than last year, reducing the centre of      gravity.</p>
<p>&#8221; 250mm floating front wave-style disc reduces weight, improves cooling      and adds style too. The disc is squeezed by a Nissin twin piston caliper fitted      with lightweight aluminium pistons.</p>
<p>&#8221; &#8220;Shorty style&#8221; adjustable front brake lever.</p>
<p>&#8221; 245mm rear disc brake features a &#8220;wave-type&#8221; disc. The rear      disc is squeezed by a single Nissin piston caliper.</p>
<p>&#8221; Lightweight, compact, integrated Nissin rear master cylinder (fluid      reservoir is integrated into the top of the master cylinder) provides strong      stopping power with excellent feel and control.</p>
<p>&#8221; The rear caliper and the lower portion of the wave disc are protected      by heavy duty plastic protectors.</p>
<p>&#8221; Newly designed, compact body work includes front number plate, front      fender, rad shrouds, fuel tank, side panels and rear fender which enhance      the lightweight feel and look of the new YZ450F. This new &#8220;minimal&#8221;      bodywork is a flat design, allowing for fast, easy rider movements. The ergonomics      provide a natural and roomy riding position. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Fiat Yamaha Team has yesterday unveiled a one-off Estoril livery, which both Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo will carry throughout the Portuguese Grand Prix weekend. The livery is designed by Centro Stile Fiat and Aldo Drudi to celebrate Fiat&#8217;s latest new model, the Fiat Punto Evo, which is the latest evolution of the popular Grande Punto.
